Workspace Settings applies to the currently selected repository and project name. The pages below follow the exact sidebar order and link to dedicated feature references where setup details belong.

Scope

Open settings from a selected workspace. Settings are grouped as Workspace, Integrations, Monitor, and Data; they do not change other workspaces unless a linked provider is explicitly account-scoped.

Workspace

General

Workspace → General controls repository identity and the defaults used by new chats. The Danger zone → Delete Workspace → Delete flow removes the workspace and its agents. Its optional cleanup switches cover local data, analytics, feedback, app logs, API keys, and sourcemaps when those records exist; confirmation requires typing DELETE.

Instructions

Workspace → Instructions stores prompts used by actions in this workspace. Hosted-only prompt rows are omitted for GUI Lifetime. See Custom Instructions for prompt behavior.

Git

Workspace → Git connects and configures the repository. See Git and GitHub for repository and automation behavior.

Tasks

Workspace → Tasks sets the Default run mode to Worktree or Local and toggles Auto-create PR after task completes. See Tasks for task execution and status behavior.

Environment

Workspace → Environment scans every .env file inside the workspace. It groups files by folder, masks keys whose names indicate secrets, lets you reveal values, edit/add/delete variables, compare files, rescan, and add exposed files to .gitignore. The Actions section stores a Name and multiline Command; saved actions appear in the local toolbar and can execute any command. See Environment Variables for the security model.

Integrations

API Key

Integrations → API Key manages the project key used by Feedback and App Logs. It displays the key hint, last-used time, and creation time, and exposes generation, regeneration, and revocation. See API Key before rotating a live integration.

Integrations

Integrations → Integrations connects analytics services: a per-project Stripe restricted key and account-level Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster accounts, followed by per-site mappings. See Integrations for prerequisites and disconnect effects.

MCP Servers

Integrations → MCP Servers manages the local, per-workspace MCP bridge and custom servers. Add a named JSON configuration for a stdio or http server, toggle a server, expand it to discover tools, or delete a non-Aiola server. Monitor

App Logs

Monitor → App Logs configures SDK or raw-HTTP error collection and sourcemaps for this project. See App Logs for the data contract and Set Up App Logs for implementation.

Feedback

Monitor → Feedback builds the Bug Report and Feature Request forms and generates integration code. See Feedback and Set Up Feedback.

Analytics

Monitor → Analytics creates or configures the project’s analytics site, tracking domain, exclusions, search/revenue mappings, protection, and data controls. See Analytics and Set Up Analytics.

Data

Archived Threads

Data → Archived Threads lists archived conversations for this workspace and provides Unarchive thread. There is no Central archive. See Archived Threads.

GUI Lifetime

For GUI Lifetime, the settings sidebar hides API Key, Integrations, App Logs, and Analytics. Direct hosted routes are gated, including Feedback. The local MCP page remains, but filters out the hosted Aiola entry; arbitrary local stdio and http servers continue to work.
