Use Calendar to see when tasks and automations will run and open the source record without reconstructing schedules from separate project pages.

Workspace Calendar

Workspace Calendar loads the active workspace’s tasks, agents, timezone, and filtered automations. Its workspace context is fixed by the active project.

Central Calendar

Central Calendar hides the workspace selector and loads Central scheduled tasks and automation groups across workspaces. Events retain workspace ownership when opened. See Central versus workspaces for the scope distinction.

Recurrence

Calendar expands active recurring automation schedules into dated occurrences for the visible range. Paused or disabled automations do not contribute active runs.

Timezone

Calendar and automation recurrence use the app-wide timezone configured in Central Settings → Account → General. Workspace Calendar also loads the active workspace’s task and automation data under that timezone.

Opening source records

Select a task event to open the task and an automation occurrence to open the automation detail. Central events first retain or resolve their owning workspace.
