What the Calendar page does

Aiola builds calendar events from scheduled tasks and recurring automations. Manual automations do not create recurring calendar events.

Calendar behavior is tied closely to:

Timezone is managed centrally in Central Settings and is reused across calendar and scheduling views.

Aiola has:

a workspace calendar for the current workspace’s scheduled tasks and automation occurrences
a central calendar that aggregates scheduled tasks and automations from every workspace

Central events retain their workspace name and mapping, so opening a task or automation still resolves to the correct project.
