Change the prompts Aiola applies to built-in workspace actions without repeating those instructions in every thread.

Scope

Open Workspace Settings → Workspace → Instructions. Changes apply to the active workspace.

Dashboard prompts

Dashboard quick prompts appear below the composer when a thread has no messages. You can edit prompt text and icons, remove entries, and select Add prompt.

Hosted-only defaults

GUI Lifetime omits the hosted Feedback, App Logs, and Analytics instruction groups. It uses a reduced dashboard default set and filters prompts that match hosted-only defaults.

Reset and save behavior

Instruction fields expose their own reset control for restoring the built-in default. Dashboard prompts can be reset as a group. Edits are saved to the active workspace’s settings.
