Dashboard quick prompts

Quick prompts appear below the chat input when a dashboard thread has no messages. You can edit prompt text and icons, remove prompts, add new prompts, and reset the list. A workspace can show up to five. GUI Lifetime uses a reduced default set and excludes hosted defaults. Custom prompts remain available, except entries that match hosted-only defaults are filtered from that mode.
