What the home page is for

Aiola’s Home page is the operational overview for a workspace. It is designed to answer what needs attention right now without opening every page manually.

What it can show

Workspace Home pulls together:
  • an open-task count and operational summaries
  • today’s scheduled tasks and automation runs
  • upcoming task and automation events for the next seven days
  • workspace notifications
  • a first-use checklist for project info, GitHub, the first thread, the first task, the first automation, App Logs, Feedback, and Analytics
Select a scheduled task or automation event to open that record directly. Checklist items also link to the page needed to complete each setup action.

Workspace home vs central home

Aiola has two Home views:
  • Workspace Home for one project’s setup and daily work
  • Central Home for cross-project cards covering tasks, errors, GitHub, feedback, workspaces, automations, today, and upcoming
Central Home aggregates today’s and upcoming task and automation events from all workspaces. Its side panel also breaks key task, App Logs, GitHub, and feedback counts down by workspace, with links into the relevant project.

Why it matters

Home is the fastest way to see whether a project still needs core setup like GitHub, analytics, feedback, or app logs, and whether any incoming product signals need action.
