Archiving removes an inactive thread from the normal workspace thread list without deleting it.

Archive a thread

Use the archive action on a thread in the workspace sidebar. Archived threads appear in that workspace’s settings rather than in the active thread list.

View archived threads

1

Select the workspace

Switch to the workspace that owned the thread.
2

Open archived threads

Go to Project Settings → Archived Threads.
The page is scoped to the current workspace. It does not combine archived threads from every project. Each row shows the thread title and when it was archived. If an archive timestamp is unavailable, Aiola uses the thread’s last activity time. Dates and times use the workspace timezone.

Restore a thread

Select Unarchive beside the thread. Aiola removes it from the archived list and returns it to the workspace’s normal thread collection. Unarchiving preserves the thread identity and conversation. It does not create a copy.
If the page says No archived threads, confirm that you opened settings for the workspace where the thread was archived.

Archive or delete?

Archive a thread when you want to reduce sidebar clutter but may need the conversation again. Use a separate delete action only when you intend to remove a thread rather than temporarily hide it. Archived threads stay workspace-specific, making restoration predictable even when you use several projects.
