What Aiola is

Aiola is a desktop workspace for software projects. It combines planning, agent-assisted execution, and product operations in one app. The workspace sidebar provides direct access to:
  • Home for setup progress and daily work
  • Tasks and Calendar for scheduled work
  • GitHub, App Logs, Feedback, and Analytics for product operations
  • Notebook, which switches between Plan, Notes, and Todo
  • Automations for recurring agent work
  • Agents and Skills for reusable AI behavior
  • Project for the workspace brief, rules, and structured context
Chat remains the primary execution surface for working with the selected provider, model, and agent.

How the app is organized

Aiola is split into two main layers:
  • Central views for app-wide preferences and cross-project dashboards
  • Project workspaces for repository-specific setup and data
That lets you keep each project’s analytics, feedback, keys, and integrations separate while still reviewing them from central pages when needed.

Organize workspaces

The workspace rail supports a draggable folder tree. You can create, rename, and delete folders; give folders custom logos; drag workspaces into or out of folders; and reorder workspaces and folders in the rail. Folder organization is local-first and is synchronized through the desktop server so paired mobile clients can use the same layout.
