# Install Aiola

> Download the desktop app, install it, and sign in to start using Aiola.

## Download

Go to [aiola.app/download](https://aiola.app/download) and download the right build for your machine.

| Platform            | File                                     |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| macOS Apple Silicon | `Aiola-arm64.dmg`                        |
| macOS Intel         | `Aiola-x64.dmg`                          |
| Windows             | `Aiola.exe` or current Windows installer |

## Install

**macOS:** Open the `.dmg` and drag Aiola into your Applications folder.

**Windows:** Run the `.exe` installer and follow the prompts.

## Sign in

Open Aiola and sign in to your account.

After sign-in, the app routes you into setup and workspace onboarding flows. From there you can:

* open a local project folder
* clone a repository
* adopt an existing Aiola project on the current machine
